Tail Waggers Pet Care was founded by Brenda Harper over a decade ago. Her lifelong experience with animals includes horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles and fish, and she has also worked several years in animal rescue and adoptions with the Meow Foundation. Brenda has realized her dream of creating a quality driven pet care company providing top notch service to all kinds of animals based on their individual needs.She is certified in Pet First Aid and has extensive experience with common pet medical conditions and special requirements.
